Covid-19 Risk Assessment
During the ongoing Corona Virus Pandemic, safety of our clients is our first priority. When fulfilling bookings, relevant safety measures will be in place.
VACCINATIONS: Our DJ/Technician, Darren, has had both Pfiser vaccines and can show evidence of this on request
1st Vaccine: 15th January 2021.
2nd Vaccine: 24th March 2021.
TESTING: Regular tests are taken, especially before an event and will only attend if a test is negative.
SOCIAL DISTANCING: Social Distancing measures will be put in place, in accordance to Government guidance. At times Social Distancing is implemented, we will take such actions as, early setups, and at discos, a text request service will be introduced.
HAND WASHING: The DJ/Technician will continually wash hands, to help prevent the spread of infection, and will carry hand sanitizer at all times.
USE AND CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT: Equipment has been, and will continue to be, thoroughly cleaned for the foreseeable future to help prevention of infection. Where customers need the use a microphones for example, we will mainly use condenser microphones, which can be safely placed at distance, but positioned near to where they are to be used, ensuring such as speeches can be picked up and heard. Where handheld Microphones are needed, these will be on stands, and will be disinfected after use and prior to the use of others. A different microphone can be used for each person, up to 5 in total
TRAINING & PPE: Covid-19 training has been taken by our DJ/Technician and he will use PPE where Government requirements deem it necessary. All members of the public are asked to supply their own suitable PPE as government guidelines instruct at the time.
TRAINING CERTIFICATES: The certificates obtained from training to prevent the spread of Covid-19 can be shown on request.
